Large bowl of aseptic rice made from 100% Haenuki rice. No acidifiers are used, so the original "taste" and "aroma" of the rice comes alive. Our unique aseptic manufacturing process does not use any acidifiers, so the original "taste" and "aroma" of the rice is preserved. The use of the individual rice cooking method of cooking rice in a pressurized kettle allows a large amount of the rice's umami components to remain in the rice, resulting in rice that is fluffy and has a good graininess. This large serving of rice is for those for whom the regular size (200g) rice is a little insufficient.
